Established in 1940, Barnwell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Columbia County in upstate New York.  Our facility has beautiful private and semi-private rooms.  There are also many lovely gathering rooms that can be used for visiting or just relaxing.  Our facility provides 24 hour nursing care by licensed and certified staff in addition to dietary, laundry and housekeeping services, physical and occupational therapy on site, a varied daily program of activities and an on site beauty shop.
